kidzdays is run by LIMIVEX Sales & Marketing Consultants in the UK. This page says plainly what we collect and what we do with it.

The weekly roundup

If you sign up, we store your email address, the postcode you gave us (if you did), your children’s age bands and the kinds of days out you picked, plus the date you consented. That is the whole record. We use it for one thing: sending you the weekly email and making it relevant to your family. We never sell it, share it, or use it for anything else.

Every email carries an unsubscribe link. One click removes you and your record. You can also email daniel@limivex.com at any time to see or delete what we hold about you.

The Near me map

If you share your location or type a postcode on the map page, it is used in your browser to sort places by distance. Postcode lookups go to postcodes.io, an open service built on Ordnance Survey and ONS data. We do not store your location or your searches.

Ratings, reviews and photos

Star ratings, review snippets and photographs on place pages come live from Google and stay Google’s content; your browser fetches them directly from Google when you open a page.

Event listings we collect

The what’s-on pages are built by collecting event listings from the organisations that run them: library services, museums, theatres, nature reserves and councils, from their own public pages, calendar feeds and listings APIs. We take the facts, keep at most a sentence of the description, and link back to the original.

Occasionally one of those descriptions names a person or carries a phone number or email address. We drop any sentence that does, but if something reaches the site anyway, email hello@kidzdays.co.ukand we will take it down the same day. Where a listing does contain someone’s details, our basis for holding it is our legitimate interest in helping families find children’s activities, and you can object at that address. Cookies and analytics

We set no advertising cookies and run no third-party trackers. Visitor numbers are counted by Plausible, which we host on our own server: no cookies, no fingerprinting, no IP addresses kept, and nothing that could identify you or follow you to another site.
