The Tower is several attractions stacked vertically: the Eye's glass floor at 380 feet, a circus that has run continuously since 1894 and still lands every gag, and the ballroom below where children are tolerated magnificently at afternoon tea.
Buy the individual attractions you want, not the everything bundle. The circus schedule anchors the day - check times first and arrange the Eye around it.
The Tower now runs seven attractions, and two newer ones matter for families: Dino Mini Golf, a dinosaur-themed course inside the building, and the Fifth Floor entertainment space. With the Eye, the circus, the Ballroom, the Dungeon and Madame Tussauds sharing the same block, the two-attraction bundle from £19.25 is how most families should buy it.
The circus deserves its billing. It has run since 1894, it has never once been cancelled, and the current High Jinx summer show keeps the standard up. Get show times before you plan anything else, because the circus schedule is the skeleton of a Tower day and everything else fits around it.
What it costs: Per attraction online: Tower Eye and Circus from about £11.81 a child and £14.88 an adult, the Ballroom from £9.63, and two-attraction bundles from £19.25 a person. The everything ticket is £56.66 and hard to justify with young children.
